Terms of use
Last updated October 22, 2026
By using the UniteWI website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information, not medical advice
The content on this site, including program pages, screening information and videos, is general information to help you learn about health and community resources. It is not medical advice, and it doesn't replace talking with a doctor or other qualified provider about your own situation.
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. If you are in a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
Using our forms
Please give accurate information when you contact us, and don't include health or medical details in forms or messages. Sending a form (for example an interest form or an event registration) doesn't guarantee a place in a program or event; we'll confirm with you directly. How we handle what you send is explained in our privacy policy.
Please don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam or trying to interfere with how it works.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages from UniteWI, we may send you program and event reminders (such as orientation, class and event reminders) and follow-ups from our team. Texts are only sent to people who opt in. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call us at 414-435-0506. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any UniteWI service. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing. See our privacy policy.
Our content
The UniteWI name, logo, text and photos on this site belong to UniteWI or are used with permission. Please ask us before reusing them. Partner names and logos belong to their owners.
Other websites
We link to other websites, such as YouTube, PayPal, Adobe Acrobat Sign, news outlets and community resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Changes
We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but programs, dates and details can change. We may update the site and these terms at any time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
