Community Health Workers are a vital part of the healthcare industry and the communities in which they serve. UniteWI provides CHW Supervision Support, Professional Development, Post-training CHW support, Continuing Education for CHWs, CHW Network monthly meetings, CHW Supervisor training, Provider onboarding and care team integration support.

2026 Training Days

Cohort 1: 2 Weeks

Time: 8am-4pm; Dates: Week 1: February 2-6, 2026; Week 2: February 23-27, 2026

*Cohort 2: 4 Weeks

Times: 12pm-4pm; Dates: April 27, 2026-May 22, 2026

*Cohort 3 : 4 Weeks

Times: 12pm-4pm; Dates: September 14, 2026-October 9, 2026

*20 hours a week | Total of 80 hours in the classroom and 80 hours in the field
